We have an aggressive cheer program. We practice hard, cheer hard, and most importantly we show results! We DO NOT have try outs. Anyone and everyone is welcomed with arms wide open. In our cheer program, your child will learn the fundamentals of the sport and will be ready their high school tryouts when the time comes. We have no monthly fees. Once you're finished paying your cheer package you are done for the year.

Youth Football & Cheer Clinic
San Antonio Outreach
This football & cheer clinic is specifically designed to encourage kids to come out, be active, and have fun at the same time learning cheerleading & football fundamentals. Everyone is invited! No tryouts and no previous training needed.
WHAT: Youth Football & Cheer Camp Ages 5-13yrs
When: Saturday, Feb. 20th 10AM - 1PM, Registration 9-10AM
Where: Olmos Basin Park, 517 East Olmos Dr, San Antonio, TX
Attire: Practice Clothes- T-shirts & shorts or sweats

AYF-American Youth Football Regional Championships
The Cheer Competition will take place the weekend of Friday November 20, 2009 in Houston, Texas. The weekend will kick off with the cheer competition on Friday evening at DeKaney High School. We will be required to check in with league officials for Cheer on Thursday, November 19, 2009 between 6:00 PM- 10:00 PM at the hosting hotel:
Hampton Inn and Suites Cypress Station

Check in at the Hampton Inn and Suites on a first come first serve basis to have official book check of all athletes and coaches for All-American and National divisions.
Lady Toros will not be staying at the hosting hotel since it was more expensive. We have reserved a total of 52 rooms at the Comfort Inn Greens Point, 12701 North Freeway (N. Freeway is same as I-45), 281-875-2000. This hotel is less than a mile away from DeKaney HS.
The rooms are priced at $65.00 a night, we are tax exempt for the state of TX but hotel taxes were applied: 4% of county tax, and 7% of city taxes which brings the total of each room to $76.05. The 52 rooms are broken down into 42 rooms double beds, 7 king size beds with pull out sofas, and 3 rooms that are 2 bedroom suites. 17 of those rooms are smoking rooms. First come first serve on availability of the rooms.
TT will be blocking rooms per participant.

Competition will be held at Jimmy Brought Fitness Center. Please be prepared for the lines at the visitor's gate. Id will be required for all entering the installation. They have implemented a new systems that scans your id for any illegal mishaps. Those that have outstanding warrants will be immediately arrested. Also, please ensure you have proper documentation for your vehicle (current insurance, registration, inspection sticker, etc). Those trying to enter without it will be turned away.

Doors for cheer squad members will open at 0730.
Doors for spectators will open at 0800.
Competition will start at 0900.
Admission fee is $2 for 12yrs and under and $3 for 13yrs and up. Children 3 and under are free.
